Delivery Period
Following receipt and clearance of payment the majority of purchases will be posted on the day of order or the following day.
Please note - Due to high volume sales and restock delays from Sweden there may be rare occasions when there is a longer delay on delivery of some fjall raven coats.If this is the case delivery will be made within 7 days of the order date.
Payment Methods
We accept all the major credit / debit cards via our payment gateway (PayPal).
Online Orders & Card Security
All credit / debit card orders placed online are made on a secure, encrypted server to ensure the privacy and security of your information. All payment transactions take place on the secure encrypted server of our payment processor (PayPal)- we never have access to your card details at any time.
Returns
Customers have up to 7 days after the despatch date in which to request a return or a refund.
All refund/return requests MUST be made via e mail to dapperdesigner@btinternet.com
All items must be returned in the condition they were received with all the original tags attached.
The customer is responsible for the return postage.
If a refund is requested the original postage cost will be deducted from the refund.
